Excellent customer service from start to finish. In August I had two balconies beautified by Condo Kandy, and have since been enjoying every moment spent on my rejuvenated patios. The flooring I chose looks like wood, is gentle on the feet, easy to keep clean, and makes the space very cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend Condo Kandy. He was able to bring samples to our home and let us see the different colours in the daylight and took time to answer all of our questions - we never felt rushed. If I could give more that 5 stars, I would. As a realtor and board member of our condo complex, it is important that quality and service be at the forefront of any service based business. Doug along side his employees went beyond and above to help us at our condo complex with a new outdoor space. Needless to say, there were so many obstacles and issues as board members, we had to figure out. Doug was there the whole time, problem solving, doing extra work and making sure we were happy.
