Doug of Condo Kandy looked at my bleak, high, north facing balcony and made some suggestions. I liked them. Ten days later Sascha arrived with the materials and started the installation. I cannot say enough positive things about the company or Sascha. The installer was meticulous. I highly recommend Condo Kandy.
On Friday July 26/19 the installer from Condo Kandy installed a new interlocking Nex Gen floating floor on our condo balcony floor . We are very happy with the Condo Kandy experience , from the original phone call and contact with Doug, to the sales rep Kevin and the installer Sasha. Kevin brought with him plenty of samples and we eventually narrowed the choice down to the Twilight Grey with wood grain pattern. Sasha did a great job installing the floor and customizing to the dimensions of our balcony floor and finishing the job by placing black decorative stones around the edges to fill the gaps along the walls. This adds a nice finishing touch . Everyone involved was courteous accommodating and very professional. The balcony is now like an extension of our living room....even our cat is pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend purchasing your new balcony flooring from Condo Kandy.
No. Condo Kandy balcony flooring products are condo board approved because they simply sit on top of the current surface and do not in any way alter the permanent structure. They require no glue, grout, or nails for installation and only the product tiles themselves are customized, not any part of the balcony floor, walls, or railings.

Your new balcony flooring will be fully installed within one day. There are occasional circumstances where this may not be possible, such as with very large areas, sudden extreme weather, or other unforeseen events, but in the majority of cases installation is completed within the same day.
In general we require your balcony surface to be cleared of furniture, debris or other removable flooring product before we arrive to install. If it’s helpful, we can arrange to have them removed for a fee. Please contact us to discuss.
A general rule of thumb is approximately one to two weeks after you place your order. The exact timing depends on product availability and scheduling. If we have your preferred style in stock we can have your new deck installed at your convenience. We aim to lay the groundwork for your luxury urban outdoor oasis as quickly as we can.
