Digreen Homes needed a supplier that could provide and install 1500 square feet of balcony flooring on short notice for the balconies of a Markham project nearing completion. The balconies were waterproofed with mod-bit/torch. Condo Kandy simply applied a layer of EPDM underneath its floating floor system of tiles.
