Condo Kandy is partnering with Plazacorp, and working with project designer Ddwelling, on a developer upgrade program for balcony flooring and condo shades and blinds. We reached out to all owners who had purchased a condo in the prestigious 1 Yorkville address over the previous four years to offer the incentivized blinds and outdoor flooring. We successfully closed 15% of the building, resulting in more revenue for the developer.
