I would like to share my experiences with this company, considering all the difficulties we've been facing considering Covid restrictions. My apologies in advance as this will be lengthy. I reached out to Condo Kandy via email and received a call from Kevin to arrange an estimate, within 24 hours Kevin was at our door! His experience and knowledge was displayed through his very personable character; answering every inquiry we had without creating the illusion of false promises. Within 30 minutes he drafted a quotation and displayed what our choices would look like... Amazing! Once we decided and confirmed Doug reached out via telephone to book our install; which was booked within the week, with phone, email and calendar confirmations which we greatly appreciated. On the day of install I received a call from the installers Brett and Gary, whom showed up at the exact time they said.... Yes! No delays sitting around waiting waiting so bonus points there. What can I say about Brett and Gary; the most awesome father son combination! They were extremely personable and polite and made us feel at home, seriously they felt like family; they discussed in detail the different options with regard to our design choice, layout and care then BOOM! Full install and clean up on 300+ sqft of balcony space within a 3 hour window... We can't get over our experience with both Brett and Gary, Doug, Kevin and condo Kandy as a whole! Thank you so very much guys and to everyone out there who's reading this, they are definitely worth your time. As always I try to be as thorough in my reviews and yes there were issues in our experience that could have made things much easier, specifically the payment options offered; at no fault of Condo Kandy, they're not the most efficient for example - my deposit was paid via e-transfer which was blocked by our bank, very unusual in my experience but I was told it happens a lot specifically to Condo Kandy. After installation we decided to pay balance using CC, which again posed an issue as the payment gateway provided was not an updated link which caused delays... But to cushion that drawn out stress, Sarah, their Brand Support Manager, actively communicated with me in real time to ensure everything was sorted out with ease.... To conclude, they have lived up too and surpassed any expectations I had.... Thank you!!!!
